Anyone who is serious about correct sustainability cannot ignore Euro-Toques, because chefs are still the focus when it comes to ecologically sound preparation of food. Unfortunately, the second half of the word is often the focus, a means of filling up. Personally, the first part of this word is much more important to me, because living healthily should become the goal of all of us. And we chefs are particularly challenged in this regard and I see it as one of the great issues of Euro-Toques to set an example here.
Especially in times when people particularly enjoy listening to loud arguments, lighthouses like Euro-Toques are important and fulfill an important task for society as a whole.
And that’s why I consider this guide to be a good navigation aid through difficult terrain. As is well known, the future needs origins and goals need orientation. And this brochure is a great help.
I wish you much success and the perseverance and strength necessary to achieve the committed and important goals of Euro-Toques.
