The 2021 Euro-Toques Italia Guide contains detailed profiles of 321 members, 79 more than the previous edition. The most represented region is Lombardy (71 chefs), followed by Sicily (49), Tuscany (28), Campania (22), Emilia Romagna (18) and Lazio (18). 27 Italian members work abroad. All texts have an English translation alongside, to strengthen the objective of bringing foreign gourmands closer to our cuisine.
