For more than 35 years, the Euro-Toques association, created in 1986 on the initiative of Messrs. Pierre ROMEYER and Paul BOCUSE , has worked to safeguard and promote quality and original food products within its European network. of chefs and with the Executive Commission in Brussels, and particularly with the Directorates General of Agriculture, Consumer Protection and Public Health.
Once a year, at the invitation of the President of the Committee on Agriculture of the European Parliament, Euro-Toques has the privilege of being heard by the European deputies, to whom the association presents live the major issues of the occupation.

Thus, Euro-Toques is a real lobby, partner of local, national and European institutions, which participates in the interinstitutional decision-making process relating to the production, marketing and processing of fresh food products.
