Bulgaria

Euro-Talk Bulgaria is a non-governmental organization established in 2005 and is part of Euro-Toques International, which is an official consultant of the European Commission in the field of food.

The activity of the organization is related to the aspiration to maintain and develop European culinary values ​​in the following directions:

• Children’s positive attitude towards healthy eating and food;
• Professional development of Bulgarian chefs;
• Search and preservation of Bulgarian authentic culinary heritage, etc.

The organization has a Center for Professional Training, which is licensed by NAPOO to the Ministry of Education and Culture, and in which training courses for the acquisition of a professional qualification and/or part of a qualification are carried out and organized. The team of teachers is made up of leading Bulgarian chefs, who apply an individual approach to each student, by developing a special program for him. The training lasts two months, and its practical part takes place in leading restaurants in the country.
